Location and Activities

Ideally situated, the villa is located just off Highway 192 and Formosa Gardens Blvd. It is 3 miles to Disney and walking distance from Formosa Shopping Village which boasts a number of excellent family restaurants and shops. You will enjoy the proximity to I4 (2 miles) that takes you anywhere in the Orlando area very easily!

Disney is minutes away!

Universal Studio's, Sea World, Wet n' Wild, Florida Mall, Premium Outlets, are all within 10-20 minutes away on I4.

Orlando International Airport is a 25 minute drive.

Sanford Airport is approximately 45 minutes drive on the I4, or the 417 Toll.

The Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach are about a 1 hour drive away.

Golfing

You will be located just minutes from numerous championship golf courses such as… Southern Dunes, Champions Gate (Greg Norman signature courses which also features The David Leadbetter Golf School) is 5 minutes away, all of the Disney courses, and Orange County National (Crooked Cat and Panther Lake)!!!
